Fresh, real, locally prepared delicious food with a focus on in season, pasture raised, local, sustainable, and organic based on a paleo template.

Breakfast: Zucchini, Onion, and Tomato Frittata

Lunch: Shredded Chicken and Vegetable Wrap with Almond Butter Satay Sauce and Tender Green Leaf Lettuce Leaves

Dinner: Ginger Fish with Stir Fry Vegetables


Breakfast: Pumpkin Pancakes

Lunch: Ground Turkey and Vegetable Stuffed Zucchini with Tomato Topping

Dinner: Boneless Chicken Thighs with Balsamic Mustard Sauce with Green Beans


Breakfast: Scotch Eggs with a side of Berries

Lunch: Poached Salmon over Baby Green Salad with Mustard Dill Dressing

Dinner: Grilled Chicken over Petite Ratatouille with Balsamic glaze


Breakfast: Green and Fruit Smoothie with Deviled Eggs

Lunch: Curry Chicken with Coconut and Lots of Vegetables

Dinner: Shrimp Scampi over Zucchini Noodles


Breakfast: Shaksuka – Spicy Tomato, Peppers and Onions topped with Poached Eggs

Lunch: Cobb Salad with Bacon, Grilled Chicken, Tomato, Scallions and Chopped Hardboiled Egg on Crisp Romaine with Paleo Ranch Dressing

Dinner: Cajun Turkey meatloaf with Mock Mashed Potatoes and Vegetable


Breakfast: Vegetable and Bacon Omelet

Lunch: Leek and Cauliflower Vichyssoise with Side Salad of Baby Greens and Tuna Salad

Dinner: Fork Tender Beef Stew with Sweet Potato Mash


Meals are cooked twice a week.  The first delivery is for meals on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  The second delivery is for Thursday through Sunday.


Cost: $45 per day or $40 per day for clients who pay 3 weeks in advance.


Lunch and Dinner-Only option is available for $40 per day or $35 per day with a prepaid three-week commitment.
